Work-Study Job Request, University of California, Berkeley Job Title: Infant/Toddler Classroom Assistant Employer: St. John's Childcare Center Infant Toddler Program Hourly Rate: $ 10.10 Positions: 1 Start Date: When filled Description: St John's Infant/Toddler Center This is a support position, you will provide support to our infant & toddler classrooms (babies from 3 months to 4 years old). You will read stories, sing songs, play with the children, help with serving meals and snacks, general supervision of children and assist our staff with all of the regular daily classroom cleaning (sweeping after meals, cleaning tables, picking up toys). We are looking for someone enthusiastic, outgoing and looking forward to spending time with us in our sunny playground and classrooms. The ideal candidate has experience working with young children and would be available immediately. We are looking for students who can commit to 3 afternoons per week on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12-6 or 2-6. Thank you for your interest.
